Best way to keep track of tv schedule (RSS or Email)

I currently use my email, calender & rss to keep track of everything, I can't remember the last time i have had to google or type www. to look at my daily favorites, so i'm looking for a way to keep track of my favorite shows through daily rss or email, I currently use calender, but it's annoying keep together, I just want something to do it for me, can someone help me

I watch:
Big Bang Theory
Family Guy
New Girl
Raising Hope
South Park
UFC
Weeds
WWE (I'm ashamed of it but it's like cocaine to me, always need to see what happens next week)

I use TVrage.com

You input your shows, and you can bring up a calendar, set to "Only show favorites", and it will show you the shows you said.

I like it the most, so far. A little complicated at first... but once I got it set, it's pretty easy to use.
