Best way to bleed loop

No, If you are thinking that it will help the air escape that is not the case, but you will want to add more coolant into the reservoir while you are bleeding it, depending on how much air you have in the system.
 
A trick I use is starting and stopping the pump periodically. Make sure that there's constant water thats coming to the pump. Not sure this will work with a res because I have a fillport. It's only for the first few hours worth of bleeding and doesn't include the small airbubbles.
