can someone help me setup the best watercooling system?
that will work the best and keep cold all the time?

Im gonna go ahead and say swiftech apex with the Storm block ftw.
 
Also state what your target is for 'best'.

Quiet?
Absolute coolest performance?
Combination of both?

What are you looking to spend?

Just so you know there are alot of flavors to WCing so 'best' for some people is completely different from 'best' for others.

QFT - lets see some expectations.
 
Also whether looks are important to you. Small-bore systems IMO look better, but generally perform SLIGHTLY worse than large-bore systems. Also they tend to cost more. What is your budget?
 
i can spend as much as i want so that is no prob. im look for the BEST performance. i mean top of the line. i have 2 7800gtx and a fx-60

Pump : Iwaki MD-20 or Laing D5

Radiator : Thermochill PA Series (the largest size you can fit)

CPU : Little River Storm G5 / G7

GPU : Any GPU only cooler (DD Maze4, Swiftech MCW55, AquaXtreme MP-01) + OCZ BGA Ramsinks
 
How many times has this been going on? Best watercooling?? Why not go for thermo-electric :)

Dad? That's you isn't it? I'm your long lost son! Remember when I was a baby you promised me a Maseratti? I'm here to collect.

Go with peltier (on everything, CPU, GPUs, NB, Mofset, RAM, HDDs... everything, soundcards get hot too you know... sometimes capacitors even get a little warm, slap pelts on them too), with an air conditioner unit blowing directly into a vent in the rear, and liquid nitrogen cooling for all the pelts.

Pretty sure that would be "the best" with no money concerns... heard about someone who did liquid nitrogen cooling and got a P4 up to 11 Gig (for 12 seconds).

Or build a completely immersion cooling... while you're at it, buy me a Cray supercomputer.
 
If you can spend as much money as you want you should build your own setup and not buy some crappy kit.
 
I think a laser adapted semi-nuclear cooling array would be best if money is no object. This thread kind of reminds me of the guy a while back who wanted a silver radiator. ;)
