Best Water Cooling system

Im trying to put together a water cooling system in my system, and i was wondering what the best parts to use would be. Im also curious about if a Silver based liquid (http://www.kornax.com/Liquid_Silver_Water.htm) would offer any thermal conductivity bonus, or would it clog the pump/radiator. I dont think that it would, as it is a small amount of silver atoms, but i would like to be sure.

That's a dietary suppliment, not a WC additive!
Silver has a much lower heat capacity than water, so I see no reason why it would help temps, and as for fouling your pump, it's definitly possible
 
I know, but silver has a higher thermal conductivity rating, thats why i asked the question of if it would help.
