Best Voice + FM recorder for 4g

I'm looking for something that is powered off the ipod, recording to its harddrive that my wife can toss in her purse and use to record off FM or straight Voice. I've found the iFm already and wasn't too impressed with it. Anything else out better?

yes i have seen that before but didn't know what it did, thanks for the info, but regarding the voice recording I only found the belkin product
