$300 canadian?
I guess a little over wont hurt, preferably an ATI, which would be the best bang for my buck.
Im looking at the ATI 9800 Pro's, but is there much difference between a 9500 Pro, Or a 9700 pro? IS it worth the extra money, help?

If you insist on ATI, how much is a x700 pro XT or otherwise in canadian money? I don't think I would buy a x600 but the x700 is fine and fast and cheaper than the 9800's and better...

But if you were smart, I think you should look at the @220 or less 6600Gt's as well.

If the poster is looking at purchasing a 9500/9800 card than he probably doesn't have a PCI-E port on his Mobo, so an X700XT/6600GT is out of the question.

For $350 CAD you can get a 9800pro (you might be able to get it for as little as 250 if you catch it on a sale). The 9800pro is about 40-50% faster than a 9500pro and would be a way better choice.

At this point, the 9800pro is the best choice for mainstream buyers in the AGP market (at least until 9800XTs come down in price).
