That Foxconn and Gigabyte is cheap, but 3 and 4 RAM slots respectively? Is it worth the affordability for limited RAM upgradability?

I would advise the P6T SE. With the current newegg rebate it puts it under 200 and it has a very mature bios build. Additionally the overall memory performance has shown to be very strong, although in reality if you get a solid low cas 1333 (I personally recommend a 1600 kit).

I would stay away from Foxconn products until we all find out if they are truly closing the Channel division (retail motherboards, FlamingBlade, Bloodrage ect.) If there wasn't a million rumors of them closing down then I would get a Bloodrage as well.
