Best value heatsink?

I'm looking for a good value heatsink for my Intel Core i5 2500K. I currently have my eyes on both the Corsair A70 and the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo. I'm not necessarily looking for the absolute best performance, but rather the best bang for the buck. I think both of the heatsinks that I have mentioned are in that category. If not, can someone please suggest another one?

I have the Hyper 212+ Evo and it's been pretty good for me. I have a i5-2500k just like you and I was able to overclock it to 4.7ghz. When I'm playing games I usually get load temps around 55-60c, and idle at 25-30c. Intel burn test can really stress the CPU and bring it close to 70c, but I don't see that in gaming/everyday use.

It did take about 20 minutes to install, but that's because I didn't read the instructions closely enough and had to realign the screws for my motherboard.

I have the regular 212 + and it is a great cooler, have my 2500k at the same freq and I have around the same temps. They are really great coolers for the price.
