Best used card for arround $200

I currently have a 9800XT AGP. I am moving to PCI-E. I am looking in the $200. should i be looking at ATI x800pro and unlock it or maybe a 6800GT?
 
might wanna give me a holla sooin,

i may be getting rid of mym x800xl

I just found the X850 Pro (AGP version) for $200 B&M, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding a similarly priced PCI-E one.
 
I got my X800 XT for $200
I put the zalman cooler on it and it's stable to 560/580
