I think Transcend makes flash drives up to 4GB now, for a fairly hefty price of course 
I've owned a Transcend Jetflash, couple of Apacer Handy Stenos and now I'm using a Sandisk Cruzer mini 256MB. Of the 3 I'm liking the Sandisk the most so far, as I've had no troubles at all, it's smaller physically than the others and had a nice price to boot.
The Handy stenos I had gave me no end of grief, data corruption and general nastyness.
They all come with some kind of software included which do much the same thing, ie lock or encrypt certain files/folders on the drive.
If I needed to recommend one to someone, I'd have to say grab a Sandisk, though in reality they all do pretty much the same thing.
Those Visionteks do look quite nice though

I also have a Sandisk Cruzer 256mb that I got about 6 months ago for $40 with a rebate. Works great and I don't know how I survived without it. 1gb would be very nice, so as to get more than a CD-ROM's worth onto.
The Sandisk came with no software like the Visiontek reviewed, so if you need the software they talk about you could find a freeware version or get the Visiontek w/ software. I can't wait for a 20gb+ version with uberfast access speed, when that happens all my e-mail, data, pictures, etc. will go on it and it will be my primary storage at any PC I plug into.
