best thermal paste?

Hey all, I have a Xigmatek S1283, and I want to get the best thermal paste.

It does come with its own, but a lot of people say to go with AS5, but which paste performs the best, and which ones won't affect the longevity of my chip (Q6600)?
 
I am using AS5 for years , and with different types of cooling: Vapo , water and air. never had complain against it. And for me personal i dont think there is other TC that preforms better.
