Whats the best stuff these days? Been using Artic Silver 5 for awhile, figured there is bound to be something better now.

This Shin Etsu any good?
 
I have used AS5, MX-2 and now Shin Etsu, it's a bit better than those 2 IMO.
 
IC Diamond 7, hands down, no contest. You can check out the reviews over at FrozenCPU, or you can read my full review of it here. My Athlon II X4 635 idles at only 8-10 degrees centigrade above ambient when idle, and only goes up about 11 degrees centigrade under full load. If you have a heavy duty application (like a watercooling block), pick up IC Diamond 24 instead.

Be sure to run the tube under hot water for a couple of minutes prior to using it...this stuff is CRAZY thick.
