best sub $700 lcd hdtv?

like the title says, i'm in the market for a hdtv lcd preferably under $700. the display will be used for gaming with my 360, watching tv, and i'll probably use it as a computer monitor occasionally. picture quality is probably the most important factor to me, then size, but i'm hoping my budget is fine for something around 26" or bigger if possible. so yea, just shoot me some recommendations.
 
anybody? i'll probably even consider getting a 23" or 24" monitor as well. simply, whats the best i could do for $700?
 
gateway 24" or westy 37" if you can save up some more a couple of hundreds or more.. :D
