I need to be able to sync two folders on the same pc whenever there are changes made to either folder. I looked at Sync Toy but it looks like you have to set up scheduling? That would work but is there any software that will do it as soon as there are changes made?

Ads? Hmm I've used Free File Sync for years now and have never seen any ads in it.
That was a disclaimer, the installer has optional ad stuff to install and AV may detect it.

Not exactly a sync (i.e, not protected from drive failure vs syncing files to second disk)

So it's for backup purposes? If so, I'd make it a dropbox folder and just cloud it. Otherwise it looks like desynchronize might do it. http://dimio.altervista.org/eng/ It's like halfway down the page.

i was looking for something like this and desynchronize looks perfect. that website though.... i think when i clicked the 90s called and asked for its geocities page back
