Best socket 939 heatsink for $45

Im getting a 3000+, and intend on overclocking it to 2.4 ghz. what heatsink and fan could I get for 45 dollars and get that clock out of it on an a8v

anyway, BestByte has them for $41 shipped. or you can just do a search, many hits will come up.

it is the best you can get right now, just add your own fan, it will take and 80 or 92mm, comes with nice attachment clips.
