Plenty of threads on this already. They always come down to ImgBurn and CD Burner XP.

ImgBurn for me as CD Burner XP just sounds old... (yes i know its not)

You can use ImgBurn to create music CDs, but last time I tried it it was a bit more cumbersome than other apps. Besides CDBXP, you could also check out BurnAware Free, InfraRecorder, or Burrrn (only does music CDs but one of the few free apps that will support CD Text).

DeepBurner is another good one. There is also a portable version. I'm using BurnAware at the moment. It works pretty well and is pretty light.
