Best silent radiator?

First off, [H]ard|Forum rocks.

What's the best radiator to buy/build/mod etc. for a system striving for silence? (24-26 dBA would be _great_)

I was thinking of going with a passive radiator, but I'd prefer to have it internally instead of hanging off the side.

I was thinking of the Swiftech MCP35 for the pump, but this can be changed - I haven't ordered anything yet.

Thanks!

By nature, radiators are pretty dang quiet.........I'm sure that there has been a study somewhere about the db level of radiators, complete with bar graphs and the whole bit. Now its when you put the FAN(S) on the radiator that we get into another ballgame...... :D

The HWL Black Ice Pro series when combined with the Acoustifan are almost silent. The Acoustifan's also come in black and they have various versions. The version I am using now is the AFDP-12025B and is a sealed dustproof fan as I live next to the beach and we have a lot of fine dust everywhere :(

Thermochill PA160.1 is a radiator that was specifically designed to get the highest possible performance out of a single silent/quiet 12cm fan, while still able to mount it in-case without excessive modifications.

where can you get more information on the PA160.1 It seems like a very nice radiator, but my impression was that it would be harder to fit in a case than even a double heatercore, or perhaps I am not understanding the dimensions correctly. Is it the same size as a typical 120mm rad or is it larger (160mm was what I assumed). I have a P180 on the way, would it fit in there?
