Best setup to do a triple clone display?

I am using an older pc to display a schedule in a lobby. I need to have (3) DVI outputs to monitors all of which will display the same application (clone). I only have one pci-e slot to work with.

What type of setup should I be looking at? I need to keep it fairly cheap. The Matrix triple head unit doesn't do cloning... except the DP edition which would requite multiple DP->DVI adapters.

Any ideas?

If you need decent performance, a Radeon 5850, would do the trick. One card, can run all 3 monitors without any problems, you will have to just buy one DP to DVI adapter(100 for dual link, 30 dollars for single). But even doing all that, its still much cheaper and infinitely more powerful than a Workstation 3-4 head card.
