best RAM for overclocking

I am going to pick up a 2.4A pentium 4 or celeron d in a bit, and was wondering what RAM would be best for overclocking one of these 2 procs. 1gig of pc3200 is what I need, and I've been thinking about a dual pack of Mushkin level 1. is this stuff any good, or is there better stuff? I'm on a budget, so I'll need something that isn't outrageously expensive(around 220-250)
