Am going to get a P4 2.4GHz HT+Thermaltake Spark HSF on a Abit IC7 Mobo. Now I want to go Dual Channel, and want to go 1GB but cant for my price budget.

My budget is about $125 for RAM, 512mb is acceptable. Whats the best RAM to get? I will be OCing my P4, doing gaming, some graphics design, and DVD Watching.

Also: Whats this 'BH-5' I keep hearing?

Corsair XMS

Others will says Mushkin Lvl 2

They are both good RAM and worth the extra $

Mushkin is the best followed by Corsair and Kingston. Ither one of those three are about the only RAM manufacters i will ever order from no matter what kind of deal you get offered some place else. Top quality RAM gives you top quality performance. Generic RAM leads to errors, instability of the system, and poor overclockability.

Whats BH-5? Also whats the difference between Level 1 and 2? Could I get away with Level 1 Dual Channel?

BH-5 are chips used in RAM modules. They can handle 2-2-2-6 timings and high voltages easily, and overclock very well.

However...there's only the 1 GB dual PC3500 packs left on Newegg if you want Level II.

Level I uses the much more inferior CH6 chips, which do 2-3-2-6, but aren't as good for OCing.

There's also BH6. On Newegg, if you find Mushkin RAM that's called Mushkin Black Hi-Perf Special 2-2-2, that's Bh6. It also does 2-2-2-6 timings and overclocks decently from what I hear.

I recommend BH6, since you probably don't want to afford the $300+ for 1 Gig of Level II (yes, it's that expensive).
