Hi Im looking for the best cool and i was wondering if i should get This or would a three 120 mm fan radiator be better than a fanless one

Oh and noise is not a problem for me
 
I don't know the exacts specs but im pretty sure heatercores are high on the list, you can find many threads about them.

I would bet all my chips on a fan-cooled radiator, especially one cooled by 3 120mm fans with noise not being a concern.
 
Either can be done, it depends on what you want to do with your system though.

In my opinion, the DD radiator is much more easy to handle since it is smaller. You could pretty feasibly cut a hole in your case somewhere and fit it. Also, you probably don't need the 3 X 120 mm model and could go with the 2 X 120 model. With that it would be very easy to fit it somewhere. Now the other one is a ton bigger, we can all see that. It would be sort of difficult to install but it can be done.

The question is how quiet are you going for? If you are being a total freak about it and want almost all of your PC to be passive you're going to want to look at blocks for everything - CPU, NB, GPU, maybe even hard drives. Also, any of those pesky power supply fans would probably have to go, meaning a new power supply. It would probably be a ton easier to just go for a pretty quiet system with one or two fans rather than completely passive.

All of this said, whatever I don't recommend can be done. You could get the larger passive one and hook it up and be very happy. Before you do, however, think about what you want in the future and what you want to cool. Also, check out some sample systems on various threads to see what other people have done.
