Best Radeon 4850 512 MB on the market, period, not looking to OC

I'm looking for the best 4850 on the market, will not be overclocking, I want a card that has very good stability and is backed by a good warranty.

Palit XAE/48500+T352 4850 for $169.

This card has been redesigned to be shorter and have a very good cooling system; it runs much cooler than the reference design. Most of the other 4850 cards are the reference design, which many feel to have inadequate cooling. Comments on newegg seem to be very good.

It also comes without a rebate that is automatically rejected by a shady third-party company.
 
I'm leaning towards the Asus 4850 512MB top video card, it's around 169 on newegg, since i'm going with an Asus MB for my system, I want to make sure and purchase from a strong company.
