What is a very good cooler and very quiet for socket 754. Im using an Abit NF8 s754 nforce3 ultra 250gb blah blah. Ive looked at a few zalman ones, also the silent boost k8, and the thermalright xp-90 series. My ultimate goal is to idle on the low 30's so that my Antec sonata case will shutup and stop increasing fan speeds for no reason.

arctic cooling freezer 64. that thing is SILENT! and its damn sexy too. just give the base a nice lapski and youll be good to go.

I'll vote for the Freezer64 IF you're not going to overclock. I took the stock fan off, and strapped a 120mm fan on to get halfway decent temps on my other rig. Hopefully I'll get around to putting the Ninja on there one of these days.
