Setting up new system with AMD 64 3000, dvd-rom dvd-ram, 1 hdd, gforce 6200.

Need a good case, mid tower with front usb (shouldn't be hard to find), and a lasting PSU?

Do they come together at a good price? Or should I get them seprately?

The hybrid means 20 + 4 pin connector right? Is this just as good as a 24 pin connector?

It is missing the 24-pin connection, but I meant hybrid meaning it has more of it's output biased towards the +12V lines. The old SmartPower 350W only had 16A on the +12V, this one has 21A. It really depends on what motherboard you're going to be using. Judging from your video card selection (6200), you don't have very strict power requirements. If the board comes with a 24-pin main, however, I would look elsewhere for PSUs.

I've used the 1650B before... if you get the new revision, you'll get the new-revision SmartPower 350W with 21A on the +12V. Still a 20-pin main though.

I'd be a better idea to get a case & PSU seperately, but that does drive up costs. I recommend the Antec SLK3000B for your case (you seem to like the style, it has no PSU, and the 3000B breathes better), and the Antec Smartpower 2.0 400W PSU which is fully ATX12V v2.0 compliant. Quiet too. If you make the correct component selection, you can have a near-silent rig.

antec sonata.....get it locally if u can, i got mines for $60 at frys and its comes with a very good power supply (antec truepower 380s) which normally runs for about $50

$20 cheaper than at newegg and this one has a newer version of the SL350 than listed on Antec's website. I just bought one for $70 shipped ($92 shipped at newegg) and can confirm that the PSU it comes with is a newer SL350(S) that has 21A on the 12V rail instead of the 16A listed by Antec like Korruption stated. Not gonna power anything with really high demand like SLI but perfect for a low demand system like the one you have. It works fine for a non-SLI NF4 or Xpress200 system with 24-pin mobo connector so far for me. The Sonata is good but finding it for $60 isn't easy.
