Best place to locate a thermistor for motherboard that has an AIO CPU cooler

As the subject line says. I feel like I'm flying blind if I can't monitor any temps outside of the CPU, which I can manage with the AIO's fan settings.

Motherboard is ASUS ROG 670e chipset, Strix-EA. Two RAM slots filled. All three adapter slots filled. Case is Phanteks Enthroo Pro, non-window version.
