Out of all the 4870x2 what is the best performing one; any OC versions?

Like all first release cards, the 4870x2's available now are
all reference cards and exactly the same, from the same
manufacturing source, except for the brand name sticker
stuck on the HS...

If you want a selection in performance/clocks/cooling you'll
have to wait for the non-reference designs to appear which
may or may not be for some time yet...

IMHO, the best "Deal" would be the Visiontek cards as they
are the only ones with a lifetime warranty... ;)
 
I just ran the ATI overclocking software and ran the auto-tune option and it ended up OC'ing my settings from 750mhz (core) to 790mhz and the memory from 900mhz to 990mhz. The "max" setting for this software was 800/1000 so it set it pretty close to the max, which suprised me.

Seems stable enough too but I haven't had a chance to do any prolonged gaming today yet.
 
Yeah your best bet right now would to buy a Visiontek 4870x2 and OC yourself.
