I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on PC diagnostic kits out there?

Has anyone used either The Universal Diagnostic Toolkit from Micron 2000:

Or perhaps the Advanced Professional Diagnostic Kit from Ultra-X?:

Perhaps there is an even better hardware/software toolset out there I don't even know about?

I am looking for as complete a solution as I can find
