Best P4P800 BIOS?

My recent purchase of a p4p800 came wit the 1014 bios. should i upgrade to the 1016 bios? why or why not?
 
1016 has an updated sata, thats it

id stay with 1014, i regret going to 1016 for 1 reason: i cant post at vcore higher than 1.6
with 1014 i could post with any vcore
this problem is with everyone on 1016, not just me
check the overclockers forum website, they had a thread there.
 
how do you update BIOS?

can you update your motherboard to a BIOS that allows overclocking?
 
all bioses allow overclocking
with asus mobos, you can either flash from a floppy disk or from within windows
either works fine, for me at least.

if youre going to flash, make sure all settings are stock and your cpu is not oc'ed, and relax memory timings just in case.
