best p4 processor for shuttle rig

I plan on undervolting the processor so that I can kick the cpu fan down to 5V. Which of the p4's run the coolest? I was thinking of going with a 2.4 with HT, but am not sure if I even need the HT. Also have no clue which revision of the CPU I should go for. My guess is go with a 2.4 GHz. I'm open to other suggestions. The purpose of this box is a quiet home server. Thanks!

I guess to add, the shuttle box I have in mind is the Zen one. It's got a 180 W psu. Since I will only be using the on board video, I hope I will have some power left for the optical drive and one HD.
