Best NF7-S bios

[CloudEmeron]

I've read some forum posts in the past about modded bioses that can increase overclocking and such. Which one is most recommended? I have a WD SATA drive and I've heard of people having problems with BIOS flashes and SATA drives. Will this be a problem for me?
