    Hi guys,
I am trying to find info on which mSata drives are the best for raid applications. I am getting a laptop with 2x mSATA slots + a standard 2.5 HDD bay and I want to take full advantage.

I have been looking at the Plextor M5M and Mushkin Atlas Deluxe 120/128gb models, but was wondering if Samsung is a better choice with its TLC memory (though it has lower rated random write iops and sequential write speeds which is a concern).

Basically, which drives would work best in Raid-0?? I am mostly looking for max performance, but they obviously need to be somewhat reliable also. Cant really decide on my own and there isnt a whole lot of info for mSATA drives (especially dealing with Raid 0).

I could just go with a single 250gb drive, but I really love my SSD Raid setup at home (blisteringly fast sequential speeds).
