Which is the best modular psu that fits my criteria

Asus p5b deluxe board
4300 c2d
x1900xtx card

As you can see I don't need much wattage, but I am looking for the best all around quality modular psu, 500watt-ish, but most of all most organizable best modular cables. I'm looking to do a very neat wiring job, and mostly every psu I've looked at has wiring problems.

In terms of wiring versatility how would the 520w corsair psu do?

Any suggestions in someone w/ a similar price range?
 
The hiper ones are nice. link. Tom's hw said tho that the -12v is out of atx spec. Dig up that review if you can.
e: here's a review of the corsair. Seasonic M12 also is a option.
 
The 520HX is a fabulous modular based psu that will suit you just great. For the money it truly is a great bang for the buck. If you can find a little more coin try going for a 620HX or a Silverstone DA650.

How do you feel about the 1/2 of the 4pin molex being unsheathed?
 
I don't like it, but aesthetics aside it performs great. I have the 750w variant with no complaints.
