Best low-profile cooler 60mm and under?

I have 60mm of space to work with for a low profile cooler. Which one would be the best from a noise and performance standpoint, with more emphasis on noise than performance? I'm eyeing the Silverstone AR06 and Cryorig C7, but I'm looking for more suggestions. Thanks!

I have the Big Shuriken 2 Rev B which comes in at 58mm. Well within the range you're looking for. Scythe Slim 120mm fan and moves a good amount of air.

Thermolab LP53 as it performs better than even the Noctua NH-L12 cooler.

based off design, I would say ID-COOLING IS-60. I bought one, but haven't had a chance to install it yet. I bet with a thin scythe fan, it would get better performance than the stock fan.

Thermolab LP53, Scythe Big Shuriken 2 Rev. B, Thermalright AXP100 or Zalmann CNPS8900 Quiet.

Every of these cooler will perform better than AR06 and Cryorig C7.
