Best "Liquid Cooling" Cooling

well...its time now to change my liquid according to what the guy that sold me the pc said. now the thing is that this is the first time messing with liquid cooling. Is there a liquid cooling better then another liquid? Can anyone please give me some advice. Thanks!!!!
 
Generally just use distilled water and some anti-fungal additive. If you want something colored, and some dye. There's not much 'better' than water than isn't prohibitively expensive.
 
Fluid XP and Feser One don't... really work. They break down over time, so after a while they aren't non-conductive anymore, and they don't generally give better temps or anything than normal distilled water. Plus they're expensive.

The only fluids that're actually better than distilled aren't widely available and can cost $700+ per gallon.
 
We need to know what components are in your loop. If you have mixed metals (both Aluminum and Copper) then you need to have an anti corrosion additive to your coolant. Otherwise if you just have copper then you can just use regular distilled water (not tap) and a biocide.
 
Swiftech blocks and radiators are all copper based, so there's no need to worry about corrosion. Just use distilled water and a drop of biocide.

Like everyone else stated, some Distilled water and PT Nuke is a great choice. As for components are you cooling your CPU only or GPU(s) as well? what about chipsets?
