Was wondering if you guys could offer your opinions or advice as to what LCD displays have the best bang for the buck? Thanks.

I've heard the Hyundai L90D+ is a damn fine 19" for the price...I want one but I'm a brokeass college student...the only 19" things I see are Top Ramen noodles....and my junk :(

I ordered a L90D+ and it should be here today!! But ya I tired to save some money and look for a good 17" but most of the 17" that I liked were within 30 bucks of the L90D+ so I said screw and went for it. I havent heard how durable they are so I am a lil scared that I am going to be taking it with me to college and back all the time.

Ramen Noodles are the best.

I've heard great things about Samsung, And the one I own, I absolutely love..... It's a SyncMaster 930B, 19". Nothing wrong with it from the box.... Picked it up at Best Buy for $400 with $80 mail in rebate, so $320..... Still waiting on rebate from Samsung, but I still love the monitor. I'm a hardcore gamer and so it took me a long time to take the plunge but the biggest turn on I had towards this monitor was the 8ms response time. So far absolutely no ghosting at all.

I've also heard good things about Dell's but those mainly come from people that aren't as much of a gamer that I am, or don't have the video card that will support higer end graphics which will cause the ghosting.

If your a high end gamer with a high end PC, I'd highly suggest something from the Samsung series, most of which come with the DVI input with makes the picture much more crisp. But if your just the average user that wants to free up desk space or whatnot, a Dell LCD would probably work good for you....

I just got a Dell 2405fpw.. And its awesome I play Ut2004, CS:S Warcraft 3 havent seen a problem.. :)

I've had my VP191b for around 2 months now and it definitely lives up to all the great reviews its been getting, I highly recommend it.
