Best IDE controller card (no sata needed)

Hi, I just need an IDE controller card that will allow me to add 1 or more extra IDE drives (ata 133). I was wondering which cards are the best and what deals are the best? I will be using the drive on the IDE card mainly for storage.

I have one based on the Sil 0680 chipset; works fine, no problems. If you're only looking for 2 ports/4 drives, there's not really much they can do wrong. Here's one on newegg. $20 shipped.

I like the Promise UltraATA133/TX2 PCI cards. They're real workhorses.
