Best IB Price vs Performance CPU?

The 2500K cpu was/is considered by many to be the best price vs performance or as they say 'the sweet spot' in the SB family. Which IB cpu would be considered the best price vs performance. Would it be the 3570k? Or is it too early to know for sure yet?

Many are saying the 3570K. That being said, I'm going with the 3770K.

Seeing as you can't actually buy one yet, how are you going to compare prices at all?

The pricing for 2570K and 3770K will be in the $200 and $300 ranges.
