best hsf for 3200xp?

depends if you want quiet or not. the best hsf is probably the thermalright sp97, but i went with the the aerocool ht101 for the great cooling performance at low db- 22db, i just added a second fan to my setup, should perform very close if not equal to the sp97, and still whisper quiet
 
This thermalright sp97 looks good but then you have to screw it down which is a problem unless you get it totally even. However, I reckon it would be pretty good.

It's idiot proof, as long as you go a litlle bit at a time, in a diagonal patern. Once the screws are in as far as they go you are good
