What is the best hardware/upgrade magzine on stands today. :)

Thanks.

Personally I like Maximum PC. They ususally have good reviews on current and upcoming hardware.

I get both Maximum PC and CPU. I think that they are nice compliments to each other. Not to much overlap.

how is PCUpgrade magazine?

It's good, but it's not too in-depth if you're seeking some really geeky knowledge.

Maximum PC is good, and sometimes CPU, but I find it a bit dull.

MaximumPC is the best IMO. It and PC Gamer are the two main mags i make sure i get in the mail monthly. MaximumPC does alot better reviews sometimes then what you'll find online even if it is a little late. The majority of RAM reviews online really suck. They dont even test for errors. MaximumPC uses an expensive hardware utility called Ultra-X that can test any memory in the computer even the video card RAM. They also do huge write-ups on new hardware like Prescott and the A64. Prescott in the March 2004 issue was a very good read.

PC Gamer, the UK version, is worth reading just for the literary value :D
