Best Graphics Tablet for Under £200?

Hello, I am looking for a high quality graphics tablet for use with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CS6. I don't want it to be too large due to limited desk space, A5 or A4 would be fine. It appears Wacom are considered among one of the best brands but I find their pricing to be expensive. The Wacom Intuos Pro Small is in my price range though. The Aiptek MediaTablet Ultimate II looks good and has good reviews. Does anyone here have a Aiptek MediaTablet UltimateII tablet?
