Best free picture viewer program?

Hi, I am looking for a program that can open psd, ai, eps, and more type formats

I know gimp and inkscape can open those but I am trying to find a simple picture viewer program that hopefully can even convert the images to another format too.

Does anyone know any programs?

I use Irfanview all the time as well in addition to Paintshop Pro. It's a really nice and small application which supports piles of formats via plugins and allows for basic image editing.

paintshop pro isn't free and it is more of a editor.

I wasn't recommending PSP here, but Irfanview. Just FYI.

Just get Infranview, see if it does what you want. If it does, happy. If it doesn't ask for something else.
