Is there a best fan controler guide\thread? Or anything of that nature? havent seen one yet.. but any help or link to one would be appreciated.

Depends on what you're looking for. Some adjust 0-12V, some start @ 5. Some have lights and displays, some are discreet and just control fans. I haven't come across a fan controller yet that doesn't do what it says it does-just make sure that you get one that meets your needs.
If none meet your needs, build your own. I build a controller for my Tornado because I wanted to be able to run it at any speed and shut it off with a push button. Got a rheostat and a switch and wired it up. The sky's the limit.

It comes with a FanMate2 controller which I mounted on the cover of the empty
5.25" bay just below the Hardcano13.
BTW, the Antec fans are mounted in the front and upper rear. I covered the case
blowhole with clear duct tape and replaced the blowhole grille.

No chipset fan ... has a heatpipe.
Thats what I've done.
Very strong, filtered airflow and quiet too.
The Hardcano13 and FanMate2 controllers work well and as adverised.
