I have no free pci slots, and i want the best external sound card for gaming.
preferably with latest technology, and must be by creative with EAX.
excellant sound quality and full ubs2.0 is a must.

Ummmm, you kinda answered your own question.
If it must be creative, then you have to go with this:

Why don't you have any free slots? I'd recommend ditching something you already have in your computer and making that external....and get an internal soundcard.
 
I agree. Try and get something else external if possible. The only way i'd buy a USB soundcard would be for a laptop computer.

I personally have the Audigy 2 NX and it totally blows the onboard sound of my laptop away but honestly in some ways the SB Live Value I have in a desktop system sounds better to me (really noticable with my Sennheiser HD 570 headphones). Also when using an USB 2.0 sound card you are going to incurr more CPU overhead and you may notice a bit lower performance (frame rate etc.) in your games compared to running an internal sound card.
