Howdy,
I need a video card that is AGP with dual dvi. I want to keep the price under $700. What would be the best one for the price? I typically lean toward ATI but open to suggestions.

I know the BFG 6800 Ultra AGP has Dual DVI. I just ordered one, waiting to recieve it, I can't exactly tell you how it performs though.

Any 6800U is under $700, and has dual dvi.

Of course I hate to ask the age old question of is the x850xtpe better than the ultra. I may be forced to go with the ultra.. I have no found any dual-dvi x850xtpe that are AGP. Thanx for you input. Maybe I will just move down to key west and become a fishing guide :)

I have the XFX GeForce 6600GT AGP and it's a great card. Dual DVI is nice and all at under $200. Can't beat it.

As a further complication to the SLI issue, can you even run Dual DVI / Widescreen if you are running nvidia DVI?
If you are looking for the cream of the crop, a Quadro or FireGL Dual DVI card is the best you can possibly get (though the added costs are not worth it for most users).

I just purchased an XFX GF6800GT from newegg for $299 (after $30 MIR). Dual DVI, AGP 8x, and the thing overclocks to 412/1120 before artifacts are visible. Worth a look.
