Best drivers for 285GTX?

It's been long time since I've updated the drivers for my card (currently using 186.18),haven't had any major issues with games so I didn't feel the need. But I'd like to get the best performance possible with this card before upgrading becomes necessary. Which driver set is the most effective and stable with the 285GTX? I considered using the latest,260.99,but there seems to be a lot of negative feedback,in fact,258.96 seems to be the last set released that gets favorable mentions elsewhere.

I have no issues with 260.99

I only installed them as I started playing a few new games and hadn't touched my drivers in about a year or so. But no issues with 260.99 for me.

I guess it also depends on games you play, or are going to play. My older games always seem to suffer with the newest drivers.

I just started on Fallout 3,wondered if newer drivers would be of benefit.

Just got rid of my pair of 285s and I always used 196.21. Rock solid!
