Best Driver Cleaner Software?

Other than a reformat of course.

I've been running windows 7 at home off MAK's and I'm not sure if I have any more activations so I don't really want to have to shell out cash for a new win 7 key.

I haven't used a driver cleaner program forever so any suggestions are much appreciated. I'm trying to blow away the drivers from my 4870 and I don't trust them to go cleanly.

Nvidia has a clean uninstall option which wipes all traces now. Otherwise if you still don't feel safe with that I would recommend driver sweeper run in safe mode.

Does this clean uninstall option exist for ATI flavors?
 
Driver Sweeper is what I usually use. Seems to do a good job and is free.
