Best Digital Camera Sub 200

This is a very nice camera. My mom has a similar one, and it's worked great. And you don't see 4x optical zoom on a lot of sub-$200 cameras.
 
im gonna throw my vote behind the HP-R607. Mostly cos i have one, but im so impressed with it, id just have to recommend it.

its 4MP, only has 3x optical zoom, but the outdoor shots are absolutely amazing. It accounts so well for the different lighting conditions of outdoors, even in crazy environments like snow and beaches.

It also has a panoramic mode which i love, cos it provides an outline of the last half of the last shot you took to making lining up easy as, as well as 'stitching' the panorma together all for you automatically.
