As the title says.

What is the best deal I can get on a single 4GB SODIMM, DDR2-667 or 800.

I want to upgrade my new laptop to 8GB.

EDIT:

I may get THIS. Thoughts? 8GB Kit for just over $200 US.

I'd be paying $200 for a single 4GB stick from the egg so that seems pretty nice.
