i know my Dell isn't ment for tweaking and thats fine, but whats the best benchmark to see if my P4 3.4 is performing as well as it should with in my systems limits.

For burn-ins and stability I use prime95 and memtest

For benchmarking (what I believe he is asking about), SiSoft Sandra and sometimes a little 3DMark03 or even Aquamark, while the latter 2 sill test the CPU somewhat, Sandra gives the numbers that are more easily comparable to other CPUs.
