Best CPU Cooler for under $70

Tuniq Tower or Scythe Ninja Plus would be ALOT better.
(Tuniq costs $55 Canadian, and Scythe Ninja costs $45 Canadian)
Tuniq is like the best air cooling out atm.
 
I will also say the tuniq, I just got it, and wow what a differnce it makes, I used to own a zalman fan but I am very happy with my tuniq.
 
if you got case room and your mobo lets you use a bracket, get the tuniq tower.

otherwise if you want a smaller yet still powerful HSF that does not need a mounting bracket, get the arctic cooling freezer. I have the freezer and it is awesome even though it is smaller than the huge ones.
